  • All firearms purchased will include a variable shipping charge based on the sale price of the gun.

    Silencers are shipped through our partner Silencer Central and shipping costs $10, which includes package protection and adult signature. 

    Ammo is always shipped ground, and costs $12.95. 

    • There is an additional fee applied to orders over 100 lbs., this will be calculated in your shopping cart.

    Optics, magazines, range gear, holsters and holders, and all other accessories shipping costs vary based on the level of shipping (standard shipping is free with an accessory order of $49+).

    • Standard = $7.95
    • 2 Day = $27.95
    • Next Day = $42.95

     

    Guns.com Merchandise ships standard and has no shipping cost.

  • No, Guns.com currently only ships within the United States.

  • Yes, Guns.com charges a small fee for each order in exchange for securing the right inventory, maintaining and supporting the local dealer network, handling all the necessary paperwork to have your gun delivered, and provide ongoing support to our customers. You will also be subject to any applicable taxes for a purchase. In the event a gun needs to be shipped you will also be charged a nominal shipping fee.

  • You can check your order status on the Order History page of your Account Dashboard.

    Log in to your account here and go straight to your Order History if you’re already logged in. If a tracking number was provided, you will be able to see exact shipping details.

  • No, Guns.com does not have a retail store.

    We aim to support your community's local gun stores and sell their products. We want your local gun store to have more business.

  • No. Per Federal Law, all firearms must be sent directly to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) gun store. Guns.com will make sure that we ship your firearm to a proper FFL gun store closest to your home address.

  • Yes! Guns.com offers the convenience of doorstep delivery thanks to our partnership with Silencer Central. Once the ATF approves your application, Silencer Central will ship your suppressor to your home, bypassing the need to visit a dealer in person.

  • For firearms, if your selected gun is currently in stock at a local store, you can pick it up immediately! If there is a need to ship the gun to your local FFL, please allow 5-7 days for receipt.

    For Optics and magazines it varies based on the shipping option selected (standard, 2 day or next day). 

    Ammo and Guns.com Merch ship standard and should arrive in 5-7 business days.

  • No, Guns.com does not currently ship to any APO/FPO. 

  • Your valid state driver’s license and depending on the firearm being purchased and your state regulations, concealed-carry or state issued permit may apply. Check your state requirements here.

  • No, Guns.com will contact your local FFL, obtain a copy of their license, and verify that it is still current. We take all the hard work off your plate that other retailers make you do!

  • Guns.com will send you an email once your gun is ready to be picked up.

  • Transfer Fees are charged by local FFL gun stores to receive a gun on behalf of an individual, as well as perform any background checks and file the required paperwork. These fees vary by store.

How to Make an Offer on a Gun

  • To make an offer, simply click the "Make an Offer" button on a used gun listing if it appears. Then, enter the amount you'd like to offer and click submit.

    The seller will then have 24 business hours to consider your offer (and any others they may have received on that gun) and either accept, decline, or make a counteroffer. If they make a counteroffer, you will have the opportunity to accept or decline.

    You will only be allowed to make a single counteroffer, after which you will not be allowed to negotiate on that item for 30 days.

  • Yes, you can make an offer on many used guns listed on the site. Often times Guns.com is willing to take a reduced price from an interested customer.

  • No, you can only make an offer on used guns. New gun pricing is often controlled by the Manufacturer, so we are unable to accept offers.

  • The majority of accepted offers fall in the 80-95% range, but remember that it is up to each seller to decide how much they are willing to accept for any gun.

  • Once you've reached an agreement on the price of a gun, it will be added to your shopping cart.

    You will still need to checkout to buy the gun. Until you do so, others may come in and buy it at a higher price.
